What can be returned?

Only products that have been approved for returns, are new, unused and with no sign of damage to the product or packaging.

When do items need to be returned by?

Products must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

How do customers return items?

All approved returns must be properly packaged with original invoice and relating details.

Shipping for returns?

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on return, except when Little Black Bike has shipped an incorrect item.

Credit for returns?

Once we have received any authorised returns purchaser will be given store credit to be used online or in store.

Instore return option?

We also accept any authorised returns at our Frederick St store, opening hours are Monday to Friday: 10am to 5pm & Saturday: 10am to 3pm.
